7 years in the making! Their story truly is a summer disney channel movie as reality. These two met at their neighborhood pool as kids, grew up together, and fell in love. After college they moved to Australia for a year to travel together. They are the best of friends with adventurous spirits and I cannot imagine a better pair. From the beginning it always felt like Madeline and I were completely on the same wave length. We became quick friends and capturing their wedding weekend was a true dream. There was so much peace and immense joy throughout the whole time. These two families know how to celebrate and value their people. From the beginning they took Ryan and me in and treated us like family. They created a wedding weekend filled with so many of their favorite things and all the details had intention and reflected their love story. M + B, I could never thank you two enough for entrusting me to document this beautiful time in your lives. I’m a huge fan of you two! Your wedding weekend is one I’ll never forget and the love between you two and your families marked Ryan and me forever. Thank you for that gift.

A couple nights before Madeline and Brody’s wedding day they invited their family and any guests who were already in town to a bonfire on the beach.

The next day before their rehearsal M + B really wanted to set aside a time and space for just their immediate families to be together. They knew how quickly the days would fly by and they didn’t want to miss an opportunity to really take the time to soak up what was unfolding before them with the people they loved the most. They all walked the beach together and also did a beach cleanup along the way.

On the coast of San Clemente, Ca these two gathered with their closest loved ones to promise their love to one another forever.

Is she not the most stunning bride! I am obsessed with her BHLDN gown and statement earrings. Plus, her mom made that amazing veil!

Madeline and her dad have the most incredible relationship. She had shared with me before about their connection but witnessing it in real life was so moving. I even cried during her dad’s toast at the reception!

Madeline and Brody’s first look felt like a pause on the whole day. They truly just soaked up this time of being together and also exchanged reasons why they love one another. There was laughter, tear filled embraces, and a lot of disbelief that they were finally living out this day.

The ceremony took place with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. Every single detail was stunning.

All of us vendors could not stop talking about how intricately beautiful this ceremony was. M + B found a way to honor their families so specifically and invite their guests into their story in such a fun way. I’ll tell you what, everybody witnessing this ceremony fell in love with these two all over again.

Madeline drew a lot of her inspiration from a family trip to Positano, Italy, PIZZA, and the colorful San Pelligrino cans.

One of the other vendors said Madeline looked like she had just won a grammy all day long and I loved that description! It was so true. She was overflowing with gratitude and beauty all day long.
